The workflow

Follow an assignment through Appraisal Studio.

Each step builds on the last — from the first property search to the reviewed report.

01

Property record

The property record builds itself.

Parcel geometry, flood zone, soils, county records, and measurements are ingested automatically and organized into one property record — the foundation the rest of the assignment builds on. And the automation keeps expanding: more of the record will assemble itself with every release.

  • Automatic public-record ingest: parcels, flood, soils, county records
  • One record carrying property information through analysis and reporting
  • Expanding automation, with more of the record assembled for you over time

Professional control

Source data stays visible and reviewable. The appraiser decides what the assignment relies on.

The property record expanding through maps, land and zoning, buildings, sales, and leases
02

Workfile

A workfile that understands its contents.

Pre-made maps, overlays, site photography, and assignment materials live together in the workfile, organized against the report and ready when you need them. Every image is captured with context as it comes in — the groundwork for search that can find photos, maps, and exhibits the way you think about them.

  • Map studio with property-specific overlays
  • Drag-and-drop image organization against report template sections
  • In development: image-aware search across the whole workfile

Professional control

The appraiser chooses which maps, photos, and exhibits represent the property.

03

Document extraction

Every extracted value, linked to its source.

Uploaded documents come back as structured data ready for review. Click any field and the document jumps to the exact language it came from. The extraction infrastructure is built to take in the whole document stack — sorted, extracted, and organized for review by the time you sit down to it.

  • Every field linked to the source text that produced it
  • Human review built into the process
  • Built for the full document stack, with coverage expanding

Professional control

Extraction is reviewed by the appraiser before the assignment relies on it.

Working capability
Document review moving between extracted fields and their supporting source text
04

Valuation analysis

The analysis runs in workbooks you already trust.

Valuation analysis runs in familiar workbooks, fully integrated with the assignment. Comparables, adjustments, metrics, ranges, and conclusions save back to the record, ready for the report and for drafting. Start from Appraisal Studio templates, or bring your own models.

  • Familiar workbooks, connected to the assignment
  • Summary metrics, value ranges, and conclusions saved back to the record
  • Start from templates or bring your own models

Professional control

The appraiser controls the adjustments, rationale, ranges, and conclusions.

Working capability
A sales comparison analysis in a workbook, with summary metrics and a value conclusion
05

Report production

The report is built from completed work.

The report is populated from the assignment — the comparables, adjustments, exhibits, and value conclusions already completed. Section-level narrative is drafted from that curated context, delivered into the working document, and reviewed by the appraiser before it is finalized. That same controlled drafting is built to reach every deliverable the assignment supports.

  • Report templates populated from completed analysis
  • Narrative drafted directly from your analysis and conclusions
  • Drafting agents run on visible, configurable context

Professional control

Drafted sections are reviewed by the appraiser. The appraiser remains responsible for the analysis, conclusions, and final report.
